The service operates under the seorty.com brand. Legal, contractual and privacy enquiries may be sent to info@seorty.com. The applicable contractual documents identify the provider and the organisation responsible for each commercial relationship.
2. Data and integrations
Only data needed to provide, secure and improve the service should be processed. Integration credentials use minimum scopes and encrypted storage. Customer data is isolated by organisation and is not disclosed to other customers.
3. Artificial intelligence
Limited project context may be sent to configured AI providers for classification, extraction or analysis. High-risk decisions must not rely solely on automated output. Sensitive claims require evidence and appropriate review.
4. Security and availability
Reasonable access controls, audit logs, secret encryption, backups and network protections are applied. No system is infallible, and functions may be limited temporarily to protect projects, data or infrastructure.
